Yea, it's a warm up I use to do in choir way back in the day!.

Since speaking words and singing notes require 2 different parts of the brain, this exercise marries those two parts when sang as fast as you can!. If you can do it perfectly without missing any notes or stumbling on words, you're correctly syncing those 2 parts of the brain and can move on to the next warm up exercise!

Goes like this!.!.!. (Sing it as fast as you can w/o messing up!. If you mess up, start over till you get it right!.)
