Question: Shakespeare monologue for a 13 year old girl!?
Hi! :) I have an audition for a Midsummer's Night Dream coming up soon, and it said it would help to have a Shakespeare monologue prepared!. I'm 13, and I am not aiming for a main or big part in the play, I don't really care if I have a small role or being an extra!. So, could you please give me some humorous Shakespeare monologues that are suitable for a 13 year old girl!? Thanks in advance! =DWww@QuestionHome@Com

This monologue isn't very humorous, but it will probably make a big impression on the casters!. :) Juliet is almost exactly thirteen!. If you want, you could do some background research on what happens near that point in the play to better understand the character, which would improve your acting even more!. (A lot of people who try Shakespeare don't really understand their parts, which is one reason that he's not very popular!.)
Best of luck on your audition! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
