I would solicit the Broadway Plays and Musicals for cast signed playbills (programs) both for cast gifts and for fundraising raffles/auctions!. Never fails to impress the cast and friends because it's something for them to shoot for if drama and theatre arts is their life!.

We just completed a HS production of "Gypsy" and I was able to request a signed playbill from Boyd Gaines, Patti LuPone and Laura Benanti, the three 2008 Tony Award Winners for Broadway's Gypsy and presented it to our director, which made her speechless and almost in tears for the gift!.

Give it a try and hope his production is successful!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Chocolate!
Just make sure it's not in a heart-shaped box so it doesn't come off so obviously!. Make sure it's a nice looking box so it looks like a gift and not a Hershey's that you picked off the shelves while you were reading Reader's Digest while waiting in line!.!.!. :OWww@QuestionHome@Com

At the end of my shows I give my cast small bags of candy and a notecard telling them how fantastic I think they did!. Always a good start! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
