im kind of where you are!. I would consider myself a mezzo soprano!. some songs you should consider are : On My own(a classic) I dreamed a dream, so much better(you have to be able to belt for this one) Home, Change in me!. they are all from Broadway a lot of disney songs should be good for your voice ( like beauty and the beast and colors of the wind reflections ) one reason is the one of the original people to sing on my own was also mulan and jasmin!. DO NOT sing on my own, defying gravity or and overused audition songs!. try something rarely used like it might as well be spring!. or goodnight me someone or one of those kinda sorta used songs!. stay away from anything from wicked, les miserables or rent!.
