Question: I have really bad stage fright and i am doing a report in front of the class i need help so i dont blank out !?

I have blank out twice already i just cant do this help to get over my stage fright oh and in group presnetations i do fine its just by myslef i suckWww@QuestionHome@Com

Can you have note cards!? make an outline of your speech!. Then when your giving your speech you can just look at the notes on your card and refresh your memory!. If you can't have note cards then just stay relaxed!. Take a deep breath before you give your speech!. Just memorize the main points and then during the speech try your hardest to remember the main points!. Then once you do that try to remember the stuff you wrote on!. If you can't just make it up on the spot!. Don't worry you'll do great! Www@QuestionHome@Com

Stage fright is strictly psychological, some meditation or herbal tea might help, it's helped with stage fright beforeWww@QuestionHome@Com
