Wut to expect!.!.!.!.!.hmm well i have done MANY MANY MANY auditions!. No matter what part you are going for you have to be BIG with everything you do!!!they are going to look for ppl who have a talent and wont be afraid!. ALWAYS give off a good first impression and be nice, SMILE a lot

Have u ever acted before!?! if not i would suggest going to see some plays or even checking out youtube for some plays

You more or likely will have to do a COLD reading ( reading from a monolouge they give you) and if it a musical i would suggest getting a song that you can sing very well, or pick out a song from a broadway show :)

Hope this helps :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Before you do anything, check the Agency/Company name on http://www!.easybackgroundcheck!.com and http://www!.bbb!.org

You should also visit http://www!.modelingscams!.org to learn about how to avoid and detect scams, and ways to get yourself out of those situation!.!.!.

Now, in responding to your question!.!.!.!.

If you are auditioning for modeling, most likely they will ask you to stand in front of a plain wall, and take 3-4 pictures of you!.
1) Face forward, a close up
2) Face forward (smiling), 1/2 body
3) Face foward, full body shot
4) You turn side ways!.
If you are over 5'8", then they will probably ask you to walk (if they cast for High Fashion) down the room and back!. And that was it!. They will tell you that they will contact after they have reviewed the photos!.

For acting, it really depends!. Did they ask you to prepare a monologue or a scene from a play!? If not, then most likely they will have sides (extract from a script) available at the location!. You will probably be given a show r ttime to prepare!. So, I'd suggest arrive at the agency at laset 10 minutes before your appointment time!. use that 10 minutes to familiarze yourself with the lines!.
These would be a dialogue between two characters, a short monologue, or a commercial script!.

If you are new to the Acting and Modeling business, bring a couple of snap shots of yourself, just incase they ask you for a it!.

Good L uck!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Various things!. They may have a scene they want you to read!. Or they may be open to hearing you read a scene of your choice!. Have one prepared when you go!. But be ready to do what they want you to do cold (unprepared)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

the town is not haveing the auditions, who is!? Might be a scam!. Better find out and ask here if it is ok!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
