Question: Like many people i wanna act!.!.!.!?
i dont think i just want to act so that people would know my name!.
i want to act because i want to be a role model to people, like actors and singers were to me when i was littleer!. and when i think if acting i feel like thats where im supposed to be!.
my dad thinks i can never do it because i was shy when i was like 8!. and now im 13!. So he hasn't seen me in my school choir or anything because hes always at work!.
do you know of any acting agency's or tv channels that would be interested in someone young!.
i would say im pretty, because thats what people constantly tell me, but i doont feel conforable putting a pic of me on the internet!.
so if anyone can give me advice on auditions that would be appreciateed!.

Shy people make the best actors and actresses!. Why!? Because they can easily do something as someone else and not themselves!. x3
Try checking any local theaters and start out there doing small plays or something! They're part of the acting community and you'll have all the updates on auditions for bigger and better opportunities!.

Do not put your picture on the internet and being pretty isn't the only thing necessary to being a successful actor!.
Professionally speaking agencies and tv channels are not going to be interested in you just yet!. First you will need your parents support, as a minor you will be unable to sign anything for yourself!. Have your mom or dad visit Amazon and research books on how they as a parent can guide you in the entertainment industry!. To end up on TV or in film it will take more than just being talented or pretty!. You will need to be a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and that will take plenty of time to earn your way into!. at any age you can always audition for shows!.!.!.even through internet!.!.you can submit in video auditions!. i wish i give you some site names but i dont know any off hand but i know there out there!. also, try being involved in with drama classes at your schools and the school plays!.!.also commit yourself to local community theaters even as just a stagehand so you can grow more accustome to what its like!.

you dont need to be pretty by anyones standards to make it in showbiz!.!.half the celebrities out there have got $1000 worth of makeup on there faces for every event they attend!. besides, make up artists on set will make you look the part!.!.you just have to be out there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
