google "free monologues" and you'll come up with great ones!.

You can also look up how to create a monologue (summary - find a part of a script that is conversation between only 2 characters and read the part of one of them as if it were a one sided phone call, with short pauses where the other person would have spoken!. I!.e!. "You just don't care! (pause) Of course that's what I think! That's what you've led me to think! (pause) I know you don't want to hear this, but it's the truth, and it must be said!.
