Well, you kinda have to give us just a tad bit more information!.!.!.

Consider this:

1) What Play is this!?
2) What Character are you playing!?
3) Is this a paid play, or a volunteer one!?
4) Is this a grade school, high school, college, or other play!?
5) How old are you!? How much acting experience do you have!? Is this your first, second, third play!?
6) Has the play's performance started yet, or are you still learning the lines, the "blocking", and so on!?
7) Is this a live performance, or is it being filmed/taped and edited!?

All these (and more not listed here) would be important pieces of information we could use to give specific advice!.

None the less:

1) Learn your lines well!. If you are fed a wrong line by another player, ad-lib, and get the dialogue back on track!.

2) Learn your moves, your "stage blocking", well, so that you can be in the right place, at the right time!.

3) Practice, even alone, away from the other actors!. Recite your dialogue into a good old fashioned tape recorder (8 tracks were ideal for this, as they looped and repeated forever!.!.!.) or on a cd, so that you can listen to them, over and over!. Do the stage movements yourself, at home, making pretend the other actors are there!.

4) Get to know your props!. Pretend it is all real!. If you have to answer a phone, treat it as a real phone!. If you have to drink or eat, make it real!.

5) Become the character you play!. Study that charater, or people like him!. If you are playing an eccentric professor, then study a real professor, if that professor is not eccentric, then study an ecccentric person too!

6) Have faith in yourself!. If you do not get each line or move perfect, then get it perfect enough so that the other actors can work around you!. Remember: The audience probably does not know the play by heart!. What counts is how realistically you and the other actors act!.

7) Try make sure that you and the other actors have fun doing it!. An unhappy acting role is a major push towards failure!

8) In the theatre, there is a good luck saying!. I shall tell it to you!. It is odd, it is: "Go break a leg!" So!.!.!.!.

9) Do not mention "the Scottish play"!. If you do not know what play that is, fine! What you do not know you cannot tell, and thus will not get bad luck from it! This information is only used on a need to know basis, and when you need to know, then you will be told!.
