Question: Stage Kiss!.!.!. Not sure what to do!.!.!.!?
So I am in the Taming of the Shrew and got Petruchio, the male lead, and m girlfriend got Kate, the female lead!. We have been going out for five months and haven't kissed yet!. There has been a couple times where we could have, but I decided not to!. I am sure this is an antiquated way of thinking, but I am not sure I want to kiss her!. The more intimate we get the harder it is to stop!. Or so I have been told!. Never tested the theory, for obvious reasons!. So I have a few questions!. One, should I do a stage kiss or a real kiss on stage, and if a stage kiss, how!? Two, should I tell my mom, or wait till the show goes up!? Third, should I ask my girlfriends dad!?

Yes, you can do a good stage kiss!. Pull your drama teacher aside and let him/her know that you want to learn how!. (They may have to go look it up themselves!.) Done right, it's lots of fun, and doesn't involve any lips touching (you'll likely end up kissing her hand, or your own) and no one can tell the difference!.
You can also do a "real" kiss!. Believe me when I say that it could be the most boring part of the experience (especially if you rehearse it over and over!.) OR it could cause you trouble like you expect!.
I would suggest talking to your gf first, and see what she thinks!.
My personal vote would be for the stage kiss!.
also, at the very least, let your parents know that you've got a romantic lead, so they're prepared for "their little boy" to act like an adult!. Parents do better with a bit of warning when it comes to stuff like this!.
