It's about the book a Streetcar Named Desire!.
The monologue is for stanley!.

A Streetcar Named Desire is actually a play, not a novel!. There is a difference hehe!. Oh good a Stanley monologue!. Do you mean you have to perform it!? Stanley doesn't have a LOT of monologues, so it may not be as long as a regular monologue!.
If so, a monologue is a speech the character makes that lasts longer than a few lines without being interrupted by another character!. A big monologue will be a page and smaller ones can be a quarter of the page to half the page!. Just find a sizeable chunk that is only Stanley talking, and that should be fine, if she didn't specify a monologue for you to do!. Have you read the play!? And hopefully you don't have to have it memorized! A good example is from scene seven - he's talking about Blanche and why she's there!. Right after Blanche sings some silly song, and Stella doesn't want to believe Stanley!. In my copy, it's page 100, but I don't know if it's the same for you, although it should be close!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
