If you are in either LA or NY - you can check out BackStage (the paper or the website) it has a casting session for tv/film and theatre!.
You can also check out http://www!.playbill!.com!.

At some acting schools, there often a bullertin board with a bunch of casting notices posted for students!. (Film School have them too) So, you might want to do an internet search on Acting Schools or Film Schools around your area!.
