mean!? Does it mean he is not afraid of fighting in public!?

It's basically a game of chicken!. The penalty for fighting in the styreets is death!. Mercutio will not budge unless Tybalt does!. It's a dare that unfortunately turns into their deaths!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
