Find a film school - preferably independent and not UCLA - ask them for resources like an online site which would have community postings for actors, extras, and crew!.

While you can go through a talent agency that can take forever especially in California where everyone wants to be in the movies!. Film schools produce a lot of independent films and attendees are usually directors who need cast and crew!.

Independent films are very popular and often make it to the Sundance Film Festival or other ones!.!. That's your best bet!. It wouldn't hurt to get an agent also and ask about getting in a casting magazine!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
