Demi lived in Texas, which is great if you want to get on barney when you're seven like she did!. Barney trained her for acting!. She learned everything there!. So did Selena!. Both Demi and Selena got on barney and continued trying auditions (commercials) until they were 12 and the Disney nation wide casting call came out and they both made it!. They made it at age 12 but it took years til they were 15 to be seen on tv!. Try doing local commercials!. I'm not sure how, but I'd use google!. also, try contacting agents!. Shia Labeouf, when he was ten he called an agent from the phone book!.

Next, she has become so popular because her voice is unique, there was no one like her out there!. And if you say your voice is the same as hers, your voice is not unique!. But, if you want to try find an agent in your area and they will help you find auditions!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

people don't want two of the same thing, they want the new best big thing!. So I say you work on making yourself unique and polishing the things that make you unique then you present yourself to them!. and it takes a lot of reasearching the business and training, you can't become the next "thing" over night

TBH!. You seem quite young or just not mature enough to make it in the industry!. Demi is very mature for her age that is why she has made it!. I would say keep practising!. Create a actors CV!. do some training whether that's at school, drama club singing lessons etc!. get some experience behind you then start to think about making it into the industry, also get books like The stage magazine with auditions in and Contacts book is a good one with all the agencies numbers in make sure you get 2009 though!. 1 train your head off - film acting class vocal pop lessons hip hop dance !.
2!. gain a lot of weird talent ( pogo stick maybe a couple karate classes)
