Question: A good book on acting or a play book!?
what's a good book on acting!? I also need a book with some good plays in it!. Not plays that are just normal every day situations!. Plays that have a lot of depth and feeling in them!. I have yet to find a play book like that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
You are not going to find any play or book with the depth and feeling you are looking for!.

We as an audience tend to add and depth and feeling are just two emotions!.

As an actor is it your responsibility to find the characters tone and then find that depth and feeling within you!. This is something only you can do!. A director can direct but it is up to the actor to immerse themselves!.

Don't limited yourself to just one book!. My opinion isn't yours and although I find I love reading a number books you may not get what I think they are great!. The Drama Bookstore in NYC has a huge collection of books you should read!.
