No hard and fast advice here!. The community theatre I was in had cold readings!. They looked for how you fit the part as much as your acting skill!. Energy and stage presence is needed in this play!. also it is an ensemble piece!. GIVE to the other actors and not look for a STAR role!. How do I know this!? I worked on this musical!. I wrote one of the songs with my son (When John was Just a Boy) and arranged and worked on the rest of the score for Pioneer Publishing!. I would greatly appreciate knowing where this musical is going to be performed! So far I have not seen a live performance of it!.
I wish you the best!.
Thank you so much!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ok I? in the christmas play at my school, and I am one of the orphans!. This is what you have to do, first you need to learnn as much of the lines as you can, then when you go to audition you just simply use the script as a reference guide, (and you need to learn your lines so that you can look at your audience and wow the casters!. Finaly you need to speak loud and clear, they will love that!! I hope you get the part!. Cynthia dosn't have allot of parts though so avoid being her!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
