Question: Acting high schools that are boarding schools!?
I would like to go away to high school!. I want it to be a performing arts high school!. I want to be an actress and i love to dance so I think this would be a great step for me!. I can't find one anywhere!. It doesn't matter where it is as long as there is a way that I can sleep there!. I'm 14 and already in 9th grade at a public high school!. I live in Illinois, about 30 minutes away from Chicago!. I looked online and everything and I found one that's perfect, but only New Yorkers can join!. So help!?!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Interlochen Arts Academy in northwestern Michigan has an excellent reputation and many of my work colleagues in professional show business are alumni of this prestigious academy!. Below are links to the page for the arts boarding school, and links to the pages for music and drama!. Each page has audition requirements as well as information about financial aid!. Jenhopediva hit the nail on the head!.

Interlochen sounds like a great fit for you!. (I'd include the links, but it looks like she already did!.)

Try http://www!.boardingschoolreview!.com/sear!.!.!. It's a really helpful site if you want something else!.

Honestly, have you taken any lessons or classes out side of your school!? If not, you might not be a worthy candidatee!. (Who knows, talent might make up for it though!.) Just as a bit of a warning!. I don't know you, nor your abilities, so I thought I'd mention that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There's a great high school in massachusetts called Walnut Hill!. Look into it, great yet expensive!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
