Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: rufus sewell,from the 2000 movie "bless the child " starring kim bassinger!.now buddy that's too juicy a topic for me to stop at one!. yul brynner for his portrayal of ramses ,the unnamed pharaoh opposite charlton heston's moses!.the depth of the character development ,his jealousy of the brother from another mother,and his wife nefertiti,egging him on"do you hear laughter!?"maybe this should be at the top of my list!. freddy,robert englund,purely evil with a rapier wit!.(pun intended!.) then there is my childhood hero turned super villain,david carridine as bill!.once again for the character development as well as incongruous nature of a hero playing such a nasty bastard!. then there is all the nazi's in schindler's list ,one of the greatest movies ever made and i can hardly stand to watch it!. i could go on but i've got an election to see to,and the debate begins shortly,great question as usual!.wish i had more time!. shalom aliechem! joe edit; there's this one flick where these kids are driving across australia and this outback dude kidnaps and kills them all but one,maybe some of your fans know the movie ,one creepy s!.o!.b!. that one!Www@QuestionHome@Com have to say the joker in the latest batman heath ledger is without a doubt an evil and cruel person when he played the joker!. I saw a film called a few years back called flowers in the attic and the old woman was so cruel to her grand kids!. Hannibal Lecter in "Silence of the Lambs!."
