I'm a freshman and our high school is doing Moon Over Buffalo for our school play and the director cast two casts!. There will be 5 performances and the cast he has worked with more will perform for 3 nights while the cast he has worked with less (mainly freshman/sophomores) will perform 2 nights!. I was lucky enough to be cast, even if it was in the less experienced cast!. We had a read-through, and he originally put me in as Howard, a generally smaller role!. After about 15 minutes, he switched me with the George, (who is a senior, but sort of bad and has an annoying voice, IMO), and I read as George for the rest of the 2 hours!. I tried really hard because I realized this is my oppurtunity to get the lead for our "less experienced" cast!. I will most likely find out my role tomorrow!. Do you guys think he will keep me as Howard or George!? Thanks!.
P!.S!. The director did this because he said there was a lot of talent and he wanted a bit of competitiveness between the two casts, so everyone steps up!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
