they are def not the same !.!. managment is what comes after you get an agent and land a part then you get a talent manager !.!. the agent gets you auditions and the managment helps you be ready and finds makes appointments for your interviews and makes dates for upcoming events and gets you ready for awords and such !.!.!. i hope i helped you and if you need anymore help email me at anthonygarrison68@yahoo!.comWww@QuestionHome@Com

There is in fact a big difference!. A manager manages the talents day to day stuff!. They advice, guide and groom them!. An agent on the other hand negotiates contracts, books jobs, submits them for jobs etc!. The line gets mushy because there are many unlicensed talent managers out there trying to pass themselves off as someone who will be your agent!.

If you go about this the right way you will find yourself a licensed agent and then find yourself a manager who understands their role in your career!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
