Question: How do people audition for TV shows!?
Now, i know the chances of ever landing a role in a tv show is very slim, but i still want to know how people do that!. I love shows like The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Lincoln Heights, stuff like that!. Not just the typical disney crap!. I want to be a real deal actress!. I'm only 13 tho!. I know that you have to start small to get big, but I just want to know how people like Shailine Woodly (amy on secret life) got to audition for that show!. I don't live in L!.A!., but most actresses and actors arent!. Thanks in advance!

Just to get started on things!.
It may just lead you to the ABC FAMILY shows you want to be on!.
Those may help you but there isn't really a place for those kind of auditions right now!.
Good luck with your career!.
Oh and also you need to have a work permit in the state of Califronia to work in the entertainment industry!.

Go to that link and print out your application, once you are done mail it to:

with a already stamped envelope with the address in which you would like them to send the permit to inside of the other envelope with the application!.
