my high school did "grease"
lots of girls and guys parts
the budget could be pretty simple
as you school scenes you can just use stuff from your school
and the costumes are simple as
and lots of places let you hire t-bird and pink-ladies jackets
but the school can be funny about the drinking and smokeing references
our school council made us take out the drinking
and all but like one smoking scene (we wanted bad sandy to appear really bad)
dunno about the rights though :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
Hmmm!.!.
Annie Get Your Gun, Bye Bye Birdie, A Chorus Line, Fiddler on the Roof, Footloose, Guys N' Dolls, Hairspray, The Pajama Game, Seussical the Musical, Sweeney Todd, and Urinetown!.
My favorite is Fiddler on the Roof!. =)Www@QuestionHome@Com
Guys and Dolls is a great one - fantastic male and female parts, very entertaining and well know!.
It will definitely sell seats, and is easy to perform!.

Do you want a play or musical!?
Anything Shakespeare has a lot of parts and is cheap!. You could try A Comedy of Errors - it's funny!. :) Www@QuestionHome@Com
You Can't Take it With You
or
Into The Woods
might be good choices!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
