Question: Wicked the Musical: rock group or orchestral!? please help, PLEASE!!!!?
I am studying Wicked for our musicals assignment, and one of the questions part of the project is

Does the musical call for an orchestral or rock group accompaniment!?

I thought it was orchestral because all instruments are played, and it definitely doesnt sound like a rock group!.

*How do i answer the question!? Like, i can't just say "Orchestral" it has to be a paragraph explaining why!.

THANKYOU SO MUCH! I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP WIDELY :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's an orchestra!. Hence the orchestra pit and the conductor!. also, there's an entire room full of percussion instruments that isn't in the pit because of the volume it creates!. There is a large array of instruments needed for all the songs and a rock band would never work!.

Just listen to the introduction for the first song in the entire show (No One Mourns the Wicked) and you'll see why!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
