Question: La Cage Aux Folles vs!. Cabaret!?
Okay, so I'm a big theatre guy, and I am very very fond of both musicals La Cage Aux Folles and Cabaret, and I was wondering if anyone else noticed how insanely alike the two are!. Tell me what you think, which is better!? Do you see any similarities!?!Www@QuestionHome@Com

This is very true, they are both amazingggg
however, i saw the following similaritys!.!.!.

--The MC for both, Georges and Emcee, open up with a line like "here, it is only shapene till the closing!" or "Here, there are no troubles until you leave the building!"

--Both MCs end with "Well!?! Did i not tell you!?! Shapene till the end!" or "where are your troubles now!?!"Www@QuestionHome@Com

The only similarity I see is that there are scenes set in a nightclub in both shows! Plot lines are pretty different!.!.!.The club scenes don't really play the same part in the two shows, as in Cabaret the MC and the Kit Kat Girls are commenting on the action, whereas in La Cage the club scenes are a much more integral part of the action!. I can't judge which is better as I like them both for different reasons!Www@QuestionHome@Com
