It's never to late, most singers are in there 20's and the reason is because when your young it's very easy to damage your voice preferment so until your 16 just do chorus, take singing lessons, and be in musicals!. Good Luck Www@QuestionHome@Com

What do you mean "too late"!? The way I see it, you have until you're 60 or so to be "discovered"!.
Anyway!.!.!.just start looking for places where you can sing or whatever you do, and if you're any good, there's a chance that someday you'll get to perform somewhere where there are agents scouting people out!.
Or you could go pester the people who work at the labels, but there's no guarantee that will end well!.
