The Mona Lisa is thought to be a self portrait of Da Vinci!. It was painted to portray the woman trapped inside the mans body or vice versa!. At first glance it looks like a woman but if you look closer the features are not symmetrical!. The brow on one side is more masculine as with the hair line lip and eye!. The shoulder is also a bit more broad!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Because Da Vinci painted it!. It's the same way with other artists, right!? Like Van Gogh!. The price of his paintings sky-rocketed when he was already dead!. These artists has left pieces of themselves in their artwork, like a relic of Da Vinci is a part of the painting of La Giaconda!.
And besides, it is said that Mona Lisa's smile is perfect!. Well, it is =)Www@QuestionHome@Com
