I saw from one of your other questions, you live in NC!. Go to the right side where it says Screen Actors Guild agents, go to NC and you can see good talent agents!.

You basically get a headshot size 8 by 10!. Go to a photography place and ask them for a 8 by 10 headshot in color and one in black and white!. You write a cover letter!. The site tells you how to do this!. Make a resume which the site tells you how to do also!. You put all your experience and training and everything!. Like school plays and acting camps and stuff!. You mail it all to the agent if they want you they will call you in and interview!. Agents help get you jobs they also get 10% of what you get while acting!.

Agents will spot you as you do local theatre, commercials, etc!. You do not get an agent, the agent gets YOU!. Never enter an agreement with anyone who claims to be an agent or an agency if they want money from you!. A real agent will see you working on stage or in a commercial and evaluate your talent!. Be sure you are ready for an agent!. Get professional advice from your local theatre people as to your level of talent!. It's a tough business, don't fall in love with being in the business, be in love with the craft of acting and performing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
