Question: Plz help moi!.!.!. Acting help!.!.!.!?
OK, so I'm 13(going to grade 8) and I'm DESPERATE to becoming an actress!.
I live in Toronto, Ontario, so I don't think the acting industry is as good as in L!.A, but it's still the top 5!.
Anyways, I the John Robert Powers school earlier in the summer and I asked them to call me back, but they didn't!.
I asked my parents if when could move to Burbank, CA or L!.A!. but I dunno my father's being all cheap and saying "it's alot of $$$ to live there" and "Where can will I and your mom get a job there"
Aren't parents suppossed to HELP there own children achieve there dreams!? Anyways, we just moved to a new house on July 24 (and again, he bought the house when my sister and I didn't even see it!)
And here in Toronto, I don't think they have good acting schools like they do in L!.A!. I asked my parents if at least we could move to L!.A!. or Burbank when I'm 14, my mom said if i do well in my acting career we will and my father said "maybe" (he PROMISED he'd buy me 13 things for my b-day, and i got a stupid cool pix camera) Anyways, back to the subject here: how can i convince my parents to move to Burbank and support me and do whatever it takes for me to become an actress!.

Dude don't beg ur parents to move to LA!. Toronto is awesome!. DO you know how many acting opportunities there are!. Nina Dobrev from Canada just made a new movie (The American Mall http://www!.flickr!.com/photos/12861589@N0!.!.!.
Havent u ever seen degrassi!?!?!?!? Its a show filmed in Canada that has been going to about 7 years!. Alot of disney channel shows are filmed there too (life with derek, naturally sadie, Camp Rock)!. U already live in Canada so all you need is a good agency!. Do you know how hard it is to get jobs in LA (extremely hard) if ur really good u dont have to move you can just get ur agent to book jobs there! Yup he lives in Michigan and goes back and forth for jobs in L!.A (He's gonna be in the new movie TWILIGHT which is filmed in Waahington I think)
Trust me u'll have a better chance in toronto!. Plus ur not even gonna book jobs in LA right away so that'll be like a waste of money!.
You need acting classes
You need parts in theatre plays

I also live in toronto,ontario and i found some auditions on the website www!.auditions!.com it has auditions for toronto and if you find an audition but your parents say no then tell them about all the money you get paid if you get the part you get like 100,000 to 100,000,000!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Secondly, what kind of job your parents have!? It's not so easy just to move to usa you know!. Just Convince them in your own way like this

It sounds like your not trying hard enough!. Wherever you live you should try!. A friend once told me that people that became famous din't think about it but were to busy working!. So search by internet, newspaper, phone!. anything!. You're lucky too because I know this guy making a movie and I'm going to audition for it!.
