honestly there is no telling!. people work in varying ways!. if they are on a time constraint, then they may call you as soon as they know if they want you or not!. yet they may wait because they need to match you up (the way you look physically) to others in the cast!. they could be waiting on someone they want more!. they could be waiting cause they have that kind of time!. for the most part though, it's a waiting game!. if you made the connection thru an agent, contact them!.!.!.they maybe able to enlighten you!. if you did this on your own, you might try a "thank you" letter to let them know you're still alive but don't expect a response necessarily!. A callback is what you receive after you audition the first time and they like you so they give you a second audition, a callback!.

If they call you for an audition!.!.!. you get a first meeting or an initial audition!. If you sent in your headshot and resume and they haven't called you, don't hold your breath!. You need to know that unless it's a student or indoe film, they may not bother calling unrepped talent unless they really can't find what they're looking for from agent submissions!. The way they set their appointments depends on the CD!.

Your best bet is to keep building your resume and try getting an agent when you're ready!.

good luck,

I think it depends on the company!. Most would probably wait for a while until they had a good selection of people to choose from, as opposed to selecting the first few good ones that come through the door!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
