first of all - agents don't cost any upfront fees!. You don't have to pay monthly fees for an agent!.

Agents will get you auditions!. If you book the role, they make about 10% of what you make!.

go to http://www!.sag!.org/node/667 and pick your city/state and there will be a list of LEGIT SAG franchised agencies in that area!. You can send your professional headshot and resume to those agencies and hope one will call you for an interview!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You don't pay for an agent, they take a percentage of your earnings!. However, it es extremely difficult to actually get an agent!. Do some research, there are many books out there that talk about how to get one (because every actor wants one! There aren't enough to go around!)!. Learn the ropes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
