Its actually called a portfolio!. This consists of many different diverse shots and angles of yourself!. a typical head shot, a beautiy shot, a glamour shout, a risque' shot!. etc!. as a footer of each shot there should be information about who, when, where, & why!. This is basically all you need!. You pictures should speak for themselves!. You may also have a typed resume with additional information such as jobs you've gone on and things you have done such as prints, ads, etc!. also if you have an agent, that along with your measuremnts should also be included!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

get alot of pictures of you one of your face no makeup one smkiling one in a bikine showing your body and one showing your back to see if you have any scars and the last page you can write if you have any past modeling experiances if not then dont worry about it just get pictures good luckWww@QuestionHome@Com
