Question: How do u get discoverd by Disney and become famous!?
heylo there, and thank you for answering my question!(thats if you do, because I'm just thanking you in advance!)!. Well anyways,!.!.!. my friend and I are really talented singers and actresses and we want 2 become apart of Disney Channel like Miley Cyrus or Jonas Brothers!. What we would like to know is how do you get discovered by Disney!? We live in Newtown/Yardley PA and would like something close by(if thats possible!) So, PLEASE help us get discovered!
P!.S!.- We don't want the money and the fame we want the experience!

You, and almost every other girl on the planet!. It is difficult to get on Disney channel because thousands upon thousands of girls want to be the next Miley!. If you really want it though, you will need to find a reputable agent who has connections with Disney!. Get as much experience as you can in your schools theater department, as well as at the local theater!. You will need lots of experience before an agent will look for a job for you!.!. talent alone isnt enough!. When looking for an agent, ask if they can provide a list of references (people who they have gotten jobs for in the past who you can call and talk to about their experiences with the agent and what types of jobs they have done)!. The best way, I think, to get in with Disney is through knowing people!. If you know someone who knows someone who knows someone who is on Disney channel, or works for it, see if it is possible for them to arrange a meeting with you so you can talk about your dreams and your talent, and hope that they can do something to further that process!. But in the mean time, do as much acting and singing performance as you can to build your resume so you are a good client for an agent!. During this process, try to find something that makes you unique, because you have to stick out from the herds of preteen girls who are vying to be the next Hannah Montana!. First of all get an agent!. They can point you in the right direction!. Disney has open casting calls where they look for new talent, that they can can just have on profile for any of their castings coming up!. I'm not sure how far you are from NY city but that is where a lot of auditions are mostly held!. also you may want to get professional headshots and build up a resume with your previous experience, classes, and your abilites ( dance, sports etc!.)!. honestly, I'm tired of every girl on this site wanting to get on Disney!. Not only is it a long shot, but truly think, do you really want to be thought of the "Disney Kid" for the rest of your life, practically halting your career, no matter how talented you are!. my advice would be to try getting on local shows (school and the like) and then try moving up, go to community theatres, and then after building up a resume full of experience, try to go for a bigger role!. Just remember acting isn't the best paying career, so be prepared to work alongside your acting career!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
What do you mean you just want the experience!?!? If you are discovered by DISNEY ( the single most influential company this world has EVER seen) then of course you will have money and fame galore! Don't get me wrong, Im not trying to tell you that you can't do it, I mean you could be the next Honica Monica!.!.!.!.but I just don't get why you would say you wouldnt want the money and fame because if disney found you im sure experience would be the last thing on your mind!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
yeah i agree miley only got famous because of her dad!.!. she's a good actress and all, but she kinda had it made!.
as for around here in PA, there's nothing really!. i know it sounds like something that'll NEVER get you anywhere, but try for local plays and get more experience, plus you'll have stuff to put on your resume :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
Ummmm, well I live in California, and (not saying to drop everything and come here) I think if you came here and tried really hard, you could have some chances!.
PS: Miley is, in my opinion, just famous cuz' of her dad!.

You need to first start out small!.
Start auditioning for local plays in your community
and performing at various events/places around where you live
Try getting an agent/agency (if possible) when you gained enough of experience
