If it's for a legitimate film audition, most likely no, simply because the older the actor is the more they can work and that's what's important!. Generally parts that age go to actors who are 18 but can play younger!. If it says you MUST be between the ages of 14-17 you might not make it!. On the other hand, if you can act, and possibly sing and dance or whatever they need, you might be able to get the part!. There is a reason they are looking for a 14 year old!. If not it would say 13 to play 14!.
