no!.!. its xylene to thin it!.!.
ours anyway!.
at true value they have it!.
yours sounds like it dried up!.
let the water dry out again
(youprobably added some!?lol)
and then use the xylene,
it drys out fast actually!.
dont breath the vapors you know!.
just paint it on walls, clothes, or stuff!.!.
not your skin!.!.
we use it to paint a bull's horns and toes!.
