Question: How can I get into broadway!?
I am 14 years old and I cherish the art of thesbianism!. I live in a northern state, unfortunately, so that leaves me out of television and movies!. Besides, I'd rather be on the stage!. I attend an art school!. I have taken many workshops and classes!. I can look at a monologue for five minutes and leave an audience speechless!. I can pick up dance steps quickly and have a decent voice!. I don't mind if I am a towns person or what ever, I just want to be involved!.

Ok, here's the low-down!.!.you are in the same predicament that everyone else is it!.!.don't think i am dogging your talent!.
By no means! You are 14 and are a triple threat, you've got a lot more going for you than most your age :)
My advice to you is you say that you have a decent voice!. Why not look into getting a singing coach!? All else fails, approach your school's choir instructor!. Have a sit down with them and your parents and tell them your dreams and aspirations and let them know that you need their help!.
also, broadway is not just acting either!. Try your hand at some technical theater! A techie can always act but can an actor always be a techie!?!?
If you want realism though, very few people walk onto broadway and get a role!.!.but don't lose help!. Hardwork and dedication are very essential parts to getting to Broadway!Www@QuestionHome@Com
wow your art school must really suck if no one ever explained this to you people on here are so lazy!!! way cant you research how to get an agent and how to audition your self right now it looks as though you will never have the drive or talent to make it to braodway sorry lad :) the truth hurts this buisness is hard core grow some tough skin and do the work to get there yourself!!!! thats what all succesful people do thats what i did and within a year ive been in 3 commercials and a movie and a local television series not to mention many other theater performances did i help you with your predicament!?!? good :PWww@QuestionHome@Com
