Are you any good at Improv skits can be developed out of Improv sketches!?!!? try that

There is another more reliable way though

First get everyone who's going to act in the skit together and have them think of someone either a boss, an enemy, or family member who has a weird personality trait!. Then using Improv have them act out those traits and highlight thme more until you have a few funny characters then put them in normal situations and see what happens!.

This is a method used by some SNL actors (the good ones anyways)Www@QuestionHome@Com
