Question: Is Fame even worth it!?

I've always wanted to have a career in the entertainment industry but its so hard to even get there!. Then the industry itself is very cutthroat and what not!. Is it even worth it!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Any part of the entertainment business is going to be business before fame or fun!. Very few people skyrocket to the top without effort!. It can be quite cutthroat, and part of it is having a thick skin to take criticism, understanding you'll be rejected more times than picked, and knowing that if you want it you have to keep trying!.
It's about the love of it for people who stick it out long term!. There are lots of folks who try just for fame and fail!. If you really want it, you need to love and enjoy it first!. That will give you the drive to keep working!.

(ps if you're not 100% sure about acting!.!.!.if that's the career you're thinking about, why not doing it on the side and look into some other entertainment industry jobs like casting agent, stylist, press representative, etc!?)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, I think that depends on whether you just want fame or you actually love doing a certain job in the industry!. If it's the latter, then I say, yes, it is worth it!. But if you just want fame, then no, it's not worth it at all!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
