Question: What is required to be an extra!?
to audition you need a resume and headshot right!?
please give me all the info on being an extra and auditioning to be an extra!. my little sister wants to be an extra in this movie and i'm trying to help her out because i have no idea about any of this!. lol!.

Aside from those things you mention, she will need parental consent!. It's the law!. And have enormous patience, stamina, know how to while away the time when the cameras aren't rolling (which is most of it); not be a pest, leave the stars alone, etc!. Follow instructions, be patient, have more patience, keep quiet when the camera rolls, be on time; don't complain, etc!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Besides the age restrictions to work, extras most often don't need a resume and a head shot!. For reasons extras are not considered "Real" actors they don't need such acting resources!. However, you should ask your agent (Or who ever is doing the hire for the project) if a head shot and resume are needed!.!.!.!. Most of the time, extras are photographed in the agent's office when they are signed and fill out a short form listing their stat's!. besides a headshot and resume, you need a entertainment work permit and or they won't let you on set!. also, if you are under 18, you need a parent guardian or set sitter!. AND you can only be on set a certain number of hours!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You don't really have to audition all the time!. They just pick you by looking at a picture of you!. If she is young she needs an entertainment work permit!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
