Question: I would like to be an actress but im too shy!?

i have always wanted to go to hollywood and become an actress but i am a little afraid!.How do i over come that fear!.Should i go out for drama or what!.I was thinking of starting something on youtube!.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Don't listen to those other people!. I am out in Hollywood right now with my manager trying to persue my dream!. Every time you act in front of an audience you'll be nervous!. I always am when I do, but acting is soooo much fun!. Just pretend it is you talking to your friend or friends!. Pretend no one else is in the room!. Practice in front of people you're comfortable with first!.
Family, friends, someone who wouldn't judge you!.
Then you can build of from there!.
Start slowly with small audiences!.
Join an amateur drama club!.
Expose yourself to the things that make you nervous about performing, and soon they wont seem so bad!.

starting something on youtube would help but try talkig to strangers!. sounds weird, but it helps!. just start talking to random people and start conversations, it will help you be more outgoing!.
