I just finished up a semester of Musical Theater class and it was mostly singing and acting, though in our final showcase we did have a dance number!. I can't dance for my life but the movement was pretty basic so it was okay!. I don't go to a performing arts school, but my school is very very involved in performing arts!.!. its's one of the few high schools in my area that cares more about theatre, dancing, and singing than it does about lacrosse and football!. So I don't know if a performing arts high school would be more intense dancingwise or not!. But my guess would be it's mostly going to be singing and actingWww@QuestionHome@Com

I don't do a subject called "musical theatre" but when we do musicals at my school (it's performing arts specialist) be dance sing and act, and play instruments!.

I think you do cuz alot of performing arts Universities do all aspects of musical theatre performance, so you'd have to be of a decent standard in each of themWww@QuestionHome@Com
