Are these good seats for Wicked?

Question: Are these good seats for Wicked!?

I am going to see wicked in chicago and am looking at row Y in the orchestra!. If anyone has been there, is this too far under the balcony to see things up higher, such as the bubble and defying gravity!?

Theatres are always set up so the balcony won't block your view when you look up, at the very back maybe, but in general it shouldn't!. Besides, you're more likely to be blocked by people than the architecture of the theatre itself!. Don't worry, you'll be able to see!. The stage is on a rake, and most likely so is the audience seating!.

There are plenty of theatres where the balcony or mezzanine blocks the view of the back of the orchestra section!. I wouldn't be too worried, if anything you won't be able to see the dragon, but no major action like the bubble or DG!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

the balcony should NEVER block your view of the stage!. if it does, then that theater is F'd up!.
