Question: I'm an aspiring actress! Anyone been in this same situation and can help me out!?

I have wanted to start acting ever since i was small!. But I never knew who to talk to or where to go and finally I came across Gary Spatz "The Playground" and my parents have to pay $3,850 for one year of classes! Do you think I got ripped off/scammed!? Well, I am a little bit shy does anyone have any tips on how to overcome this!?!?!? Anything would help really!.!.

Hmm!.!.!. there's a difference between a rip off and a scam!. A scam means they took your money and gave you NOTHING in return!.
Have you started taking classes yet!? If they're not what you hoped they'd be then maybe you did get ripped off!.

At any rate, its over and done with !.!.!.don't worry about that now!

In terms of how to start getting involved in legitimate theatre!. I recommend contacting a local university!. Often times, they'll have acting classes for non-credit hours (meaning you don't have to be a college student!.)
also just make sure you're very involved in the drama program at your own school!. Maybe start taking dance classes or learn to play an instrument!. Anything you can to make you a more powerful stage performer!.

I'm not sure if that's a scam!. but that's a lot of money they're asking for!! I'm sure there are other ways to be an actress!. here's a start, check this site out- hollywood-opportunities (dot) com there are tips there and stuff!.

Go on youtube and search sonyafeed, you should be able to find A BUNCH of videos on how to become a disney channel star!
