I personally like "Worst Pies in London"- i think its a great little song!.
The cool thing about using it for an audition, too, is that it shows a range of notes!. There's a lot you can do with it and its a lot of fun to sing i think (which makes a difference!)

also, normally Sondheim is a bad choice for auditions because the music is so hard to play (and unless you have a good accompanist it could be a problem) BUT since you're auditioning for one of HIS plays, i think you're going to have to take the risk!.

Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

poor thing, wait, and by the sea would be great!. i personally luv the song worst pies in london, HOWEVER!.!.!.!. it's bad for an audition because of all the lyrics and you can't really show your voice with it!. also, in general, many dislike the use of sondheim-written songs in auditions =D!. hope that helpedWww@QuestionHome@Com

"Worst Pies In London" is considered to be Mrs!. Lovett's signature song so I would choose that one!.!.!. It's a great role, Mrs!. Lovett!.!.!. I hope you get it!!! Good luck!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
