Question: Macbeth!?!? is it haunted/cursed story!?!?!?

My friends are sying that the play "Macbeth" is a cursed story!.!.!. im not scared, im just wonderingWww@QuestionHome@Com

Just an old theatre superstition!. It's often referred to as "The Scottish Play," and are not supposed to say the word "macbeth" in any theatre, or else you must go outside of the building, turn around 3 times and wait to re enter until you are asked back inside!. Sorry, Bouncer Bob is wrong!. Stage actors, most of them, do not use the name of the play, especially inside a theater!. Whether out of superstition or respect for the tradition, I suggest that you observe the practice!. I've seen some nasty things happen during various productions!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, of course there are superstitions that it isn't to be said in or around a theatre because of a curse!. In the theatre it's often referred to as "The Scottish Play"!. If you're at all superstitious, or around theatre folk who are, don't say it in a theatre :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
