Question: I want to become an Actress on Broadway when I go to College how do I Momorize all the words and get started!?

How do I become an Actress on Broadway and become sucessful!. And also how do I become known in the business, but Im not doing this to become famous but for the passion so how do you make a good impression for the acting directors and actually have a chance of being picked please help and give answers!.
