Question: Musical Character help for an audition!?!?!?any help greatly appreciated(10 points)!!!!!?

I'm auditioning for the musical Sweeney todd for the part of Mrs!.Lovett!. does anybody have some good tips for playing her!?!?!?

It always important to remember that what makes a role amazing is something special an actor brings to it!. You should study past actors that have portrayed Mrs!. Lovett, then pick out certain details you like from each one (You tube works great!) !. You can be creative and come up with your own special detail!. And ask yourself "How do I want to portray this character!?" what kind of a person would she be, what kind of things has she had to deal with!. What has her life been!.
That should help you getting into the right frame of mind!.
If done right you'll brilliant!.
