It is much better to stick with the classic!. You'll be memorable, all right!. At the career development office I worked for we saved things like that in a special drawer so we could take them out and laugh at them later!.

When making decisions about this, use the photocopy rule: Would it look just as fantastic photocopied!? A lot of employers will need to make copies for others review among other reasons and colored paper can interfere with the copy!.

It is okay to use just a LITTLE color in a resume IF you are in certain professions, but again, if you choose to take a chance on a very small amount of color, make sure it will copy well!. Unless you are trained to use color in this way, though, stick with the classic--chances are it will just make you look unprofessional!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Stick to white paper and black ink!.

The only exception I can think of is if you want to go with a cream-colored or tan-colored paper!.

Either way, it's ALWAYS better to stick with black ink and white, 20-pound paper!. It's always more professional!.

I hope that this has helped!!

In my opinion, I think you should stick with the black ink on white paper kind of style!. It's more formal and the company you are applying too might think you're still kinda childish!. No offence!. I don't mean this in a bad way!. It's just my opinion!. I can be wrong!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Many people think it will make you more memorable, but for most jobs, they are looking for professionals!. SO, I recommend sticking with the basics, unless you are applying for a job where you think it may be appropriate!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, black and white glossy, 8!.5 x 10 inches, white paper!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Don't be precious, just print it on b&w paper in black ink!.
Otherwise it looks like you're trying to draw attention away from the resume's content!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well, if you do it in colour, theyll definitley know you have a bright, outgoing personality =) ?Www@QuestionHome@Com

White!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It would not make a very good first impression!. Stick to a classic and show you have class!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

only if you don't want it to look professionalWww@QuestionHome@Com
