Question: What was Romeo and Juliet tragic flaw and how does it lead to their demise!?

This is a question that can't really be answered by anyone but yourself cimply because it is dependant on the individuals interpretation of the play!.

Are they young lovers truly in love!? Is Romeo an over bearing pervert seducing a doe-eyed young girl!? Is Juliet a young lolita-esque character who seduces a wimpy and gullible boy!.

In these 3 questions alone you haev 3 different possible fatal flaws!. It oculd be their secret love, Romeo's arrogance, or Juliet's bitchy desires!.

But are any of them really it!? What if Romeo and Juliet are just a bi-product of their surroundings, and their love (Assuming it IS love) stems from a need to rebel and cling to someone not tied up in tired old feud, doesn't that then make the fatal flaw their families!? The feud!? Or maybe its the love itself!. It's the most treachorous thing either of them could have done, which is why they could never admit too it!. The repercussions of doing so would have been severe!.

You see, thats just a half dozen possibilities I threw out off the top of my head!. Read the play and go with your heart on it, only that will give you your answer, as this is an answer based on gut feeling!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There tragic flaw I feel was not leaving together when they had the chance too!. If they'd left when they married it would have change the whole ending!.!.!.!. they'd been married and lived "happily ever after"!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

they are from two different families that have been enemies for generations!.!.!. they fall in love but must keep it secret!. life happens, and things fall apart!. you probably know the rest!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
