i love the wizard of oz even more because of wicked!.!.makes me want to go back and watch the wizard of oz to look at it differently!.!.!.other loves of mine - parade, 25th annual putnam county spelling bee, rent, miss saigon, chicago, the producers, sweeney todd!.!.yeah its hard to pick!.!.!.but 'WICKED!' for sureeeeeWww@QuestionHome@Com

I'm not a big musical theatre person, but 'Guys & Dolls' has always been my favourite musical!. It's just a fun, classic show!. I love the music, I love the characters, and I love the setting!. In fact, I'm a huge fan of the original Damon Runyon stories, and that whole era in general (I'm a swing dancer, so I love anything 1920's-40's)!. My grandmother was a Broadway costume designer around that time; she also loves the show, and has told me many stories about working on B'way during WWII!.

Plus, I recently found out that another relative of mine worked for Frank Loesser (the composer)!. I thought that was pretty cool!. ;-)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Billy Elliot the Musical is a pretty good show!. Right now, it's only in England (and maybe Australia, I've heard, but I can't be for sure), but in October it is coming to Broadway!.

I LOVE Phantom of the Opera!. Rent was pretty good and a really fun show!. I am also a big fan of "Once More with Feeling" - the Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical episode, but that is because I am a Buffy nerd!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
